Tara is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and ensures we deliver a seamless and high quality level of service. She has worked at Glass Technology Services since 2014 and manages the Customer Operations department. 

The Customer Operations team are responsible for delivering a smooth process from onboarding to after care and coordinate our enquiries and test requests. Tara also works within the Commercial team to develop business strategy and ensures KPIs are monitored effectively.

In addition, Tara is currently studying towards a Chartered Degree Apprenticeship in Business Practice management with The Open University.
